PYA is an organization composed of young people from Talisay. Our age range are from 15-24, with some minor exemptions. We are the under the Department of Social Welfare and Development under the Unlad Kabataan Program. OUR MISSION
To empower young people to take an active role
in community and nation building by providing them with
opportunities for holistic development
OUR VISION
To produce young people who responds to the
needs of the times, who are holistically developed
and can effect change in their respective communities.
